Fulfilment & Shipping

Art prints are produced and fulfilled by our print partner Prodigi and shipped worldwide from their global production network.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carriers, customs processing, or peak periods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer law, customers generally have 14 days from delivery to request a return without providing a reason.

Exceptions may apply to:

  • Made-to-order or print-on-demand items produced specifically for the customer
  • Personalised products
  • Digital downloads
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, product designs, images, text, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Karalang and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws.
